Simon’s Capital Development Fund is a quietly radical approach to solving the homelessness crisis. The fund will help create 480 new housing units of various shapes and sizes over the next 4 to 5 years, for people who are ready to move back into a home (rather than on a more typical first-come-first-served basis). It’s an approach Simon has taken before, and it works. Because – as BBDO DUBLIN's CD Mark Nutley says in his voiceover on this fundraising film – “the only solution to homelessness, is more homes.”
